Monika Sehrawat


As HR & Payroll Assistant, Monika assists the departments managers in all tasks, including recruiting, selecting and orienting new employees, scheduling staff, dispensing payroll to employees, advising on performance evaluations, recommending training and development opportunities for employees, managing employee relations, managing compensation and benefits, and developing HR policy.

Prior to Hazelwood, Monika worked as HR Manager with an Indian construction company and has extensive years of customer service experience.

Monika studied B.Sc. (hons) Bioinformatics from Panjab University, Chandigarh (India) and MBA in Marketing & HR from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad (India).
