HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

As HR at Hazelwood, Katherine has a range of responsibilities that include recruiting, selecting and orienting new employees, developing employee retention strategies, advising on performance evaluations, recommending training and development opportunities for employees, managing employee relations, managing compensation and benefits, and developing HR policy. She also collaborates with senior management on the development and implementation of human resources strategies.

Previously, Katherine worked as the HR Manager for Mike Wiegele Helicopter Resort in Blue River, BC.

She earned her HR Management Diploma at BCIT.
